What is FOAMROCK?
“FOAMROCK” is a foam concrete production technology with improved physical and technical characteristics: the number of closed cells per 1 cm2 increased to 60% - thereby achieving a reduction in thermal conductivity.

The FOAMROCK technology has three main components: patented professional equipment, special protein foaming agent and a number of additives that allow to stably produce material with a fine mesh closed structure, low water-cement ratio in industrial volumes.
To date, more than 500 objects have been commissioned in Ukraine using FOAMROCK foam concrete. In addition, according to our FOAMROCK technology, foam concrete is produced in the Netherlands (IOSB. Delft Holland), Switzerland (Sika Technologies. Zurich Switzerland) and Thailand (ENGINEERING EXPERT INTERNATIONAI LTD Bangkok Thailand), the foaming agent is exported to 20 countries (Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Thailand, New Zealand, etc.).
Advantages of production of foam concrete with the equipment "C.S.I." by "Foamrock" technology:
• Profitability – prime cost of material received on the "C.S.I." equipment lower in comparison with other types of the equipment.
• Productivity – mobile and stationary complexes "С.S.I." allows making from 3 to 30 m3 of foam concrete per hour «NON-STOP».
• Small weight - the total weight of the mini-plants is 380-900 kg. The heaviest part of installation weighs about 120 (400) kg and is on wheels. The main device – pneumatic-dynamic system of commixing with the built-in foam generator - weighs only 10 kg!
• Mobility - a mobile complex "C.S.I." easily moves on wheels that allow making and stacking monolithic foam concrete of necessary density in any place and at any height that is impossible when using other equipment. For delivery of the mini-plant to the place of production of works one trip of the small truck is necessary.
• High quality - density of foam concrete it is possible to vary from 100 to 1000 kg/m3, with the maximum error of 5%.
• Universality - by one installation it is possible to carry out monolithic pourings of the foundation, floors, walls, attics, flat roofs, emptiness of external walls, and also to produce constructional blocks and heat-insulating plates.
• Simplicity in operation - for work by this equipment highly qualified specialists are not required.

Equipment operating procedure
1. Prepare solution of foam agent of the required concentration
2. Make connection of an electric part:
- connect pump of cement mortar to control board;
- connect the pump of foam agent solution to control board;
- connect the compressor to control board;
- if the device of continuous preparation of foam agent solution is provided in a set, connect the pump to control board;
- if the device of an automatic dozation of water is provided in a set, connect it to control board and to the control unit on a turbo mixer;
- connect control board to alternating current mains 220V or 380V, depending on set.
3. Place the device combining the foam generator (PG) and pneumatic-dynamic system of commixing (PDSC) to the place of filling of foam concrete.
4. By means of quick-detachable connections make the following connections:
- connect an exit of a pump of cement mortar to PDSC entrance;
- connect an entrance of the pump of foam agent solution to the container with the prepared foam agent solution; connect an exit of the pump to PG entrance;
- if the device of continuous preparation of foam agent solution is provided in a set, the entrance of the pump of foam agent solution connect to capacity with foam agent solution, and its exit with an entrance of the pump of solution of foam agent the second entrance of which is connected to the container with water;
- connect a compressor discharge to PG entrance;
- connect an output hose to an exit of SPDS;
- if the device of an automatic dozation of water is provided in a set, connect its entrance to the container with water, and an exit to a turbo mixer.
5. Include power supply on control board.
6. Make a batch of the initial cement mortar .Include a turbo mixer and load in it a necessary amount of water, cement, sand, if a set is provided with the device of an automatic dozationof water, expose on control board an amount of water in liters and press the button on control box of turbo mixer, then load remaining components. Unload ready solution into the bunker of a pump of cement mortar.
7. On control board by means of potentiometers set the following parameters:
- foam density;
- foam concrete density;
8. Serially on control board put into operation the compressor, the foam agent solution pump, the pump of cement mortar.
9. The bunker of a pump of cement mortar has to be constantly filled.
10. After stabilization of a process (15-45 sec.) make measurement of density of foam and foam concrete and, if necessary, correct the corresponding potentiometers.
11. Further constantly only clause No. 6 has to be repeated.
12. Make necessary amount of foam concrete of the set density.
